At Hadeland Glassverk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted glassware. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal or contact our customer service team to register your return and receive a unique authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original gift boxes and shipping carton, ensuring fragile glass pieces are well-protected with the original padding.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
